What we collect

When you apply for a device, we collect the details on the application, such as the patient's name, contact names, phone numbers, email and address. We use them only to review the application, deliver and support the device, and arrange its return.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, we use your phone number only to send messages about your application and device. A texting service we use delivers these messages for us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Ah-M'Chaya (for example, hosting and texting), and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
